but if thats the case i doubt i will ever play any of their games
oh wait... i already played ECO which i have quitted after about 4 days or so... i just didnt like that one

They keep on promoting and promoting, but they do nothing to KEEP the players in their games.. they keep on doing worthless ingame events where the same people wins over and over... their forums mods and gms ignores the rants of the player community and instead waste their time on thinking and planning about big stuff that they cant even implement!!

I've dealt with bad publishers before, but not one that outright lies as much as RunUp. The "5-star Customer Service" logo on their website is complete BS, as others have said earlier. I don't know if they have the license to be the international version or if they just call themselves that, but I haven't seen a single staff member that can speak decent English.

Rundown is ignoring every single advice the players are giving them, which is what Kudo meant.

If I'm going to have to play ECO in a server with bad translation, I'd rather play on a foreign server.

Go go idECO! Just have to find english speaking players T_T

First time playing ECO, and first time hearing this company name (maybe got too sticky with some 'well-known' publisher last time). But when I got in, I could just see very standard 'engrish'. I can't understand half of it. If this is how their 5-star service works, I wonder how the heck they could even get 5-star service for their superiority 'engrish' at games.

Checked their forums, in tatters, and some of the game forum I looked, seemed to be dead, very very dead. Not classified well. Also, seeing threads of sending automated message when player require support dampened my mood to play ECO. Can't trust a company which have bad reputation. Good games always fall in the wrong company

Bottom line is: They don't give a sh*t about their players. We have a thread going in their OFFICIAL forums and they're just ignoring it. Officially the worst customer support I've ever seen. If they're five star, they make Ntreev look like 15 stars.

Even worse than Ntreev, at least they did something. At this rate I'm now sure how they'd even support ECO what with failshop and such.
