I mostly only play Trickster (Though I have played Pangya and Grand Chase a bit...)
Out of the years I've been with Trickster and Ntreev I didn't think they were this bad...
I mean, when I send in a 1:1 support, I get a reply within one or two days and it normally answers my questions I have.
The GMs come online for the X/O events and GM Snipe hunt on Trickster twice or so a week. After the wedding system came to Trickster they came online and had there own wedding with the players and everything, so I think that the interaction is better than said above.
As for the maintenance, I think that new cash shop items added are frequent, and so are the bug fixes.

Anyways, I think Ntreev should get at least a C... They pass, but not well.

I can't say what they have been doing to Trickster or Pangya, but Ntreev has been doing an exceptional job on Grand Chase right now. We are getting content and updates like crazy right now, not to mention so many things are just plain fun.

Grand Chas wise, Ntreev is rockin it right now in my opinion ;)

Ntreev is just a terrible publisher. There is not much one can say about Ntreev that doesn't just come down to, "they suck."

Avoid Ntreev USA at all costs.

I've asked for proof of my Ban on "PangYa USA", and they are still to send those proofs. I'm waiting like almost 4 months for those! If it were on Brazil, they would be really sued now. (sorry for any typos)
