Nexon has a great selection of really fun and addicting games. The only problem they have is that they fail as a company. If Nexon's games had better management they could be greater and more renowned than they are now. I know a lot of people that have quit Nexon games because of their poor management and security. I used to be a hardcore Nexon gamer until my account was hacked and I'm still wondering how it happened because nobody has my account's information except for myself since I don't trust anyone and I change passwords frequently. Beware of Nexon's bad support because that happened to me in late February 2012 and I'm still waiting for a reply to the ticket I submitted. Nexon's games nowadays are only good to play if you want a free-to-play game since that way you wont risk yourself of losing your money and progress if you do get hacked.

At least Nexon's better than Ntreev in professionalism. GMs that actually interact now are extinct. There was more interaction in the previous years, to be honest. Supports awful, I get botted messages to wait or it just takes months for others to even get one reply. As well as the maintenances take too long. I find Nexon an astounding company, although all they need to do is focus more on support, and maintenance.

I rated Nexon lowly, due to the fact that there has been a large increase in hacked accounts lately on Dungeon Fighter Online, and all Nexon is doing is saying "submit support tickets", or "we are planning on beefing up our security in the future". I'm thinking its a database compromise or something.

OK. I'll take back for what I said about Nexon. They're improving so far, just like most MMO hosting companies nowadays. The only game I don't like from Nexon is Maple Story because it's just a broken mess.:P

I first found out about Nexon when I found Maplestory (like a lot of us I think lol). I played Maplestory for 4 years before I moved to Lunia that has been with many different companies. Now Nexon has lured me back with Vindictus (and soon Dragon Nest). I must say they have greatly improved in some areas...but not so much in others.

Professionalism: They seem to balance all of their games very well, updating all of them on a timely manor and have maintenance every Wednesday to make sure the games are working properly.

Support: I haven't had a problem where I had to contact them yet, but I've heard it sucks big time...you have to submit a "ticket" and then play the waiting game until they reply to it, which some people say they do quickly while others say it takes forever lol.

Interaction: I don't think I've ever seen a GM online on Maplestory of Vindictus, but they are active on the forums. The monitor posts and reply to people's questions on specific games, they seem to be very helpful.

Mainteance: Maplestory use to have a lot of updates (don't know about lately since I haven't played it in a while), but Vindictus has already had 3+ updates in the last month and a half, and has quickly moved from OBT to full release in that same amount of time. They fix bugs very quickly if it's something major, or if it's just something little they might wait till their Wednesday maintenance to fix it, but either way they fix them very quickly compared to other companies I've been with.

Overall I think Nexon is an excellent company (with Maplestory and Vindictus at least) I have never had a problem with their updates, or with anything in game where I needed their help. The only thing I would say is to be careful with posting on their forums since it's full of trolls x_x;

Oh how a company can change in less than 15 days....
Cannot wait to drop that Professionalism grade after being baited and switched with the token system in Vindictus.

Finishing up the previous thoughts:
*Making the experience very frustrating

Maintenance: 7.5/10: Bug fixes hurt this score a bit, especially with Vindictus (insta-kill boss glitch was still able to be done in Early access and was reported in CB). Their cash shop, obviously, is updated a lot and has fresh and interesting ideas. Content seems slower as the game ages, but it takes awhile for translations and coming up with ideas that add something unique

Professionalism: 9.5/10: I haven't seen any favoritism, flaming of users, etc.

Support: 4/10: Higher than what the community thinks, but they are a very busy business. If you were to send a letter to any other large business, regardless of industry, it would take a few days to get back to you. They have to investigate your claims in the tickets also, so if you claim you lost X item, they would have to look into it. Otherwise anyone could put "I lost the most expensive item in the game" and get it for free.

Interaction: 6/10: I put a 6 for the reason that they give away a lot of NX/NX Items/Real life items. You see the GMs post updates on the forums regularly. In-game events with the GMs hurt the rating because they are seldomly done and usually full of lag, making the experience

@HeadSpinning Nexon has maybe 300 people trying to staff 5 million people. F is a bit... HARSH for interaction, but robo-responses should not be done!

Do You Know how Much Does Nexon make A year? If they can't handle that many people they should hired more people.
