I love IAHGames - it's one of the very few great gaming publishers in the SEA region. I haven't tried playing Sword of the New World: Granado Espada yet, so I don't know how well do they handle that game, but I can say with confidence that their servers handle Dragonica SEA really well. I haven't experienced any bugs yet, and even if I do, their support forums are extremely helpful, and I saw them interacting with their users a lot.

I really wish they'd take Emil Chronicle Online too - they would've handled it greatly. Events are not boring - I think IAHGames is pretty much the best gaming publisher in the SEA region.

IAHGames is one of the better gaming publishers I seen in the SEA region. In one of its game forum - Dragonica, I could see the IAH staff member interact regularly. Although I didn't applied for any support, but so far so good, hardly anyone complained about the support function being useless or whatsoever

IAHGames is a good publisher imo, as they do interact with users a lot [like in their forums], and also in-game. Support is fast, you can get quick replies from them.

Hope this will retain.

This SEA company certainly is commendable - they know all the right buttons to push, and interact quite frequently with their users.

I just wished they'd have retained Emil Chronicle Online for SEA. The game would've seen better days.
