Gameforge does a great job with support. Every ticket I've ever submitted has been resolved within 24 hours. The game staff are active on the official forums and are typically active players as well. All of the GOs with which I've interacted have been very professional.

Maintenance... leaves a lot to be desired. The games go sometimes months without updates and/or broken updates that fail to address long-standing bugs.
