Fastest ticket support I've had in any game. Took them about 1h 30min to answer my ticket and resolve the problem... And it didn't involve Billing support and I've never spent cash with them. This shows they are unbiased with free and cash players.
I really like this game. The bullet hell MMO (as noted before) feels fresh and fun, and the 4 classes(and 3 sub-classes) provide pretty solid replayability. One thing I'm beginning to notice is that different bosses/parts of the game can vary greatly...
The game is great, but it can be heaven (on GOA) or hell (on Ntreev USA).
Really good! GMs not only listen...they respond and actually take care of issues. (very few issues actually!) I honestly can't think of anything negative...seriously good publisher!
Banning for speaking a different language in public chat? Ridiculous.
