CCP Games has just announced today's successful launch of an expansion for their hit MMORPG, EVE Online. The expansion, which is titled 'EVE Online: Crucible', has brought with it a number of features that completely renovate some of the in-game experiences that players have already come to love.

Some of the included features include new in-station environments, as well as realistic 3D player avatars. There have been visual upgrades all over the universe of EVE Online, as well. Nebulae across the universe have been redesigned, and some fleets have been retextured. The user interface is also scalable, and there are a number of new ships and tactical options for players to test out and enjoy.
