Or should we say, announces again. We got a note on this sometime in the past as the TERA Online page lists En Masse as a publisher; however, the game was announced again today highlighting some of the game's features.

We're not yet sure how En Masse will market the game; presumably it will follow the same subscription model as Frogster's TERA.
