It seems like just yesterday we got the closure notice for Gamepot USA's Bright Shadow. Apparently Gamania sees some value in the game because they've just announced that Bright Shadow will soon be published on their US Beanfun portal.

Bright Shadow features more than 500 monster cards, a ghost summoning system, transformation system, and other interesting features. The game is scheduled to go beta on July 8th (nice aggressive timeline there) with no word on a target launch date.
