Rift: Planes of Telara is the next-generation fantasy MMORPG set in a dynamic world being torn apart by planar incursions. The world of Telara exists at the nexus of the six elemental planes, causing extra-planar rifts to unleash invasions of elemental creatures. Standing opposed to these forces reside the chosen of the gods, known as the Guardians, and the technology-embracing Defiant. These eight forces now all vie for the fate of Telara.
This is where you make your stand. As Defiant or Guardian, you are the only one who can battle back the forces of the planes and save Telara from ruin.

I have to say, it's pretty graphics intensive but it is VERY nice, with quality and such at low qualities, and the various classes you can play within a class are phenomenal. Just hope I can get it soon. Oh ho ho |

Looking forward to playing this over the summer. My WoW bros and I are moving on to try it. My friend who has been playing WoW since release was literally mindraped by how awesome Rift is and is switching over as soon as he can. Unfortunately, can't play Beta (darn you computer), but I've literally yet to hear anything bad about Rift. I'm excited, to say the least. |
