Within the world of magic and swordsmanship, the God of Limbo created the demon sword to destroy the land of Kaia, and the Goddess of Light created the holy sword as an antidote, and thus the battle of balance continues on.
The battle between gods ended, leaving both the demon and holy sword in Kaia. The dark force intends to dominate the world by possessing the power of the demon sword, using its power to create their territory. On the other hand, the light force, led by the Goddess Jessica, is determined to stop the darkness force and to protect Kaia.
While the war between light and darkness ensues, the empire continues to expand, holding onto the faith that the power of man will end the war and mark the beginning of a new era.

The Langrisser series was always a very fascinating take on Turn Based Strategy that unfortunately died out a bit after the SNES. It just wasn't very popular, apparently. I'm interested to see how this MMO turns out! |
