i enjoyed it, twas nice, but it was sorta laggy, can a 1GB netbook actually run it?
Update: As some of you may know, Dragon Saga has been passed over to Gravity/Warp Portal, a company who knows what it's doing. The game has been slightly revamped, and updates are consistent enough to keep players busy.
PvP is still imbalanced, but let's face it, it's not as bad as LaTale or Eden Eternal's PvP. But that's unimportant, a new race, the Dragonkin, have became available to play! This race features a whole new storyline that crosses paths with the human storyline. The two classes are...
A Shaman: Male-gender locked for now, can summon multiple monsters to aid them. Their magic is slower than a Battle Mage's, but it's also pretty strong and lethal at times. They are a cross between support and DPS, which is good for people who like multi-purpose chars. The summons usually follow your lead, but once set on a monster, they won't stop until they are finished.
Twin Fighters: Female gender locked for now. It's technically one character, but you have an identical twin with you. They are basically fighters who use their fists. By far the best DPS in the game thanks to the extra set of hands doing half of your dirty work. They only follow your lead, however. If you like fast-paced action, look no further.
I suspect more classes are to come from the Dragonkin, or perhaps another race and Storyline. As of now, that make 6 base classes to choose from, with 10 different branches (the Dragonkin have a linear class progression for now).
The community is also more populated than before, and only seems to be growing. It's nice to see how great a game can be when managed by the proper people, amirite?
Very fun at first, but it gets extremely repetitive and boring after level 40. It's a fast paced game, but there is a severe class imbalance that leaves certain classes in the dust. AKA: Maple Story Syndrome. PvP is also very unbalanced, and from the looks of it, it won't be fixed any time soon.
Quite fun when you first started...but it will get boring and just nothing but grind. repeating missions afterward...
Graphics are cute and nice, and gameplay is smooth as well, community is also nice as well.
Good game for short term, just not for long term...probably will be fun with friends to play along.
If you are those people who like action and fast-paced games, you may want to try Dragonica for a start. The only downside for this game is not-as-fast updates (Those really important ones, like class imbalances and PvP failure, still from class imbalances, and etc). You get a support class which have the highest DPS of all classes, and the tanking class - Knight, will lose to an acolyte, the support class in terms of 1v1 in pvp. Other than that, like others have said, the game gets repetitive after a certain level (probably level 30+ for me), and it may get boring after a while. The market is inflated somehow. For community, the players I met and in forums, are usually kind people, so if you need help, feel free to ask anyone, most of them may help you.
I'm sure u'd have heard people say this game is like WoW and Grand Chase combined, and it is. If u like Grand Chase and a cutesy version of WoW, give this game a go. However, missions will become very repetitive after a while and solo players will dislike the fact that u WILL need a party to tackle missions of your lvl and obtain a high ranking
