Player are submerged in a struggle between "Enforcers" and "Criminals" and motion to decide with faction they will take part supporting withing the city of San Paro. Player are given the goal of earning cash to improve their vehicles and weapons in order to better support themselves with battle. Introducing a bounty system, at a greater risk of death, player can rise their bounty level from 0 to 5, greatly increasing earning, but becoming a common target among the entire server, but are also to attack anyone within the server.
