Element of freezing

According to sinned's guide, it hits 11 times

Lv1- 54~61 x Hit, .3s Freeze
Lv8(what the skill calc updated up to) - 80~88dmg, 1.7s Freeze
Lv9(max) - No info yet, 1.9s Freeze

Assuming the shots rate is 1/sec. Does that means that if its maxed, it can freeze a target of 1.9*11 = 20.9 seconds? That doesnt seems too darn realistic as far as I remember.

Or, because the shots are fire in such a fast rate that only the last shot matters in term of freezing ? Or the freeze time sinned's post reflect the actual time that froze the target instead ( not 1.9sec per shot, but an overall account ) ? Any help on this ultra nooby question :l

No. Each freeze cancels the freeze that hit before. It will freeze 1.9 seconds starting the last hit.

if 4 ryans freeze at the same time.. is it 2.2sec x4 or wut? yea....

I'm too tired to think about this, I reserved my brain capacity for things like proving 1+1=2, ezpz but slightly tedious.
