Takes out a nice chunk of about 2/3-3/4. BUT the hard part is this that involves 2 perfectly timed resets.

Yeah, its the fastest way to undershift given the height after cbd<<nuke>>as...
I've tried Pillar (escapable), and Element (too much time-nuke disappears)
With the Whirl IRS you get a resetted 400x3 dmg, plus enough height to shift>igf.
