When should I rebirth my Yuki?

Okay so i'm one level away from level 50 and i'm wondering when the best level is to do the rebirth quest. I don't mind having to buy the rebirth item from the cashshop, I just want to make sure I rebirth at the perfect level. I'm not in any rush to rebirth i'm just wondering what level I should do it at.

Free 2 SP is always good.

Unless your build doesn't really need the extra 2 SP, like mine. Always fun to get rebirth IDH as soon as possible.

But that means you level up too quickly and when you reach lvl 70+ in PvP then your attacks are going be weaker.

Either Level 1 or 70
2 skill points is never redundant.
you will find some use for it.

You can get 70 in one week if you can get pro friends to do L Soldins.
