I am not sure about the usefulness of maxed cool whirlwind. The %slow seems amazing but the duration is short/mp cost is relatively high. Although I really like the skill lol and always wanted to try and max it.

looks like a good build to me, you may want to drop breath of severe cold if you're going for straight pvp, along with that 1 point of mana increase, other than that, it looks good.

oh, pick up an sp+1 as well, so you can get level 7 mana extension
