[PvP] Can't choose between 2 PvP builds:

-I got a +1 Skill Card, Mana Extortion is supposed to be maxed!

Option 1:
ƒ‹ƒjƒA�í‹L - ƒXƒLƒ‹ƒVƒ~ƒ…ƒŒ�[ƒ^
Cold Nuclear level 9, maxed HP Increase, LGF level 1 (Just for its use, but not for its damage)...

Option 2:
ƒ‹ƒjƒA�í‹L - ƒXƒLƒ‹ƒVƒ~ƒ…ƒŒ�[ƒ^
Cold Nublear level 4, no HP Increase, IGF is maxed (For damage as well)...

A few questions:

1)
390 HP, how important are they? (I'm wearing Int and Vit gear anyway). Perhaps those 4 points can go somewhere else...

2)
Cold Nuclear, level 4 is enough for Cold Nuclear + RIM + EoF, enough for shifting, enough for catching an oppoent and then starting a comboo...What can I do with an extra second (level 9) and am going to miss if I leave it at level 4?

3) IGF, is its damage increase that good? Why do PvPers actually max it? for wall shifting, it won't hit 3 times...

option 1 looks better to me. i'm not a fan of IGF, but the damage along with the resetting is why most people max it, but with your build, however, it dosent seem like you'll be using IGF for that purpose, you're leaning more toward the freeze nuke combo.

Put the four points elsewhere if you're going with vit/int gear.

9 is just used if you have trouble doing anything else with lv4. 9 also helps with freezebind. x.x

The damage from IGF is godly, if you know how to use it. PvPers max it for the damage, obviously.
