But don't we have S-charge to make up for MP regen??
Is the Ice-ball really worth it? I've been hearing otherwise. o-o
And the last skill, 2nd tab is sorta useless no?

Looks fine to me, although I'd try to get a point into Concentrate from somewhere.

Also, @Kooki: do some math before you conclude that regen > increase. If you do, you'll find that maxed increase is still more efficient.
