Is Yuki just an ice dainn?

who thinx that yuki is very similar to dainn as far as skills. i mean cmon
ice rain
fury of the land but blue and bugger
ice land giants fist thing
ice pilar
ice missles
ice meteor
ice dragon
... u get the point

also what weapons do they use? O.o

If you play her, she plays completely differently..

There is a huge difference in the two, you just can't see it in their skill list..

What are the basics of a good Dainn? The two things that come to mind for me first are..
*Proper use of ice wall. Which Yuki doesn't have.
*Effective use of AAS.DashAS Yuki has nothing like Dainn AAS

Now this isn't to say she has trouble with combos, I'm just saying you have to come at them at such a different approach, she plays more like Eir in that sense. I'm also not amazingly pro PvP, so my opinion's fairly useless.. but I really think she's somewhere closer to Eir.. with Dainn skills.

Plus, she's her own character and we don't try to compare how unique any of the characters are around here so why is it the only thing people are talking about on ML related to her is how she is Dainn Jr. .. especially since most of the people who are trying to criticize her for that haven't even tried her.

Yuki isnt just an ice dainn while she and him just have skills that resemble each other but cant really say the 2 are alike based on some of her skills looking the same and if you are gonan base it on that at least make sure the skills are exactly the same her version of his skills are close range and becasue of that her combos and style is different than dainns. I have to admit they do have things in common but not enoguh to call her an "Ice Dainn". As far as weapons go you can get in stage so you have to craft them like limes...

I was realy just camparing them 2 from a skill based point of view ive never seen her melee all that much so im a little fuzzy there

Mm.. Main combo starter for dainns is usually AA Dash AS, AAS blasts it too far, even if dash as hits it's not enough height to continue effectively. She's closer to Tia than Eir, but she still has similarities with Eir. Tia I say, simply because of the speed of her attacks. Just as a comment I'd like to add, I have a level 3x Yuki so I do get to criticize. =)

And her point blank aoe's are much better for spammingz.

I don't really think Yuki has that many spamming skills.

Yeah, I know it's possible, you paid attention to 1 part of my statement. Height is too low once Dash AS connects, not to mention aa is much faster than aas, aas will get you interrupted.

AAS Dash AS is one of worse possible starters imho.

Just the decay with Ice Dragon after that makes me almost never use it.

AAS Dash AS ONLY works efficiently if they are close to you (at long ranges, AAS would push them to the extent that any skill you chain after won't hit/do its full potential), and then AA Dash AS would make things much simpler.

Dainn can out spam Yuki, and if she does get to melee, Dainn can still compete with that. If you weren't talking about PvP, Dainn has Ice Wall.

I'm not sure about this, but Yuki doesn't really have a easy way to get out of trouble. Sure, you could use the BCB equivalent (the one that moves her forward), but some yukis end up using that to chain into dragon -> combo.
