Just as normal FAQ, did you do:

Update your graphics drivers?
- Make sure you've the latest drivers from the manufacturer, by obtaining them from the website.

Updated your Directx?
- Get the latest Directx from here: Download DirectX 9.0c (Nov 08) - FileHippo.com

Temporary disabled your antivirus/firewall?
- By right-clicking on the at the icon on the taskbar.

Updated your Windows ?
- For Windows XP, simply open up Internet Explorer and point to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
- For Windows Vista, simply click on Start->Windows Update

- The rest of the contents will be updated and listed once there's official release of the game.-
