No it is not. Don't know the complete details, but for a complete experience you need to be a.. subscriber, or wut. (I don't believe it was an outrageous price at all though, pretty reasonable.)

$7 a month is only $62 a year. Just don`t buy a video game and pay for Wakfu for a year

Yep, it's pretty affordable, I subbed for about 6 months-a year back when I played Dofus. Plus you get free pets and stuff when you resub. Definitely beats buying lolboxes and lolcoins.

Last I checked, UGC works for Dofus. I don't see why it wouldn't work for Wakfu (since they're from the same set of developers).

UGC works for Dofus.

Even if UGC's didn't work you could just buy a Visa Mytreat giftcard. You can use them just like credit cards. So if UGC isn't available to you, get a Mytreat because they're pretty much everywhere in North America.
