We strive to provide excellent service and a secure, worry-free environment for the Vindictus community. Account security is one of our highest priorities, and we constantly work to identify threats and develop new tools and countermeasures to fight back against hackers.

Changing your Account password and Crimson Blade Security Code periodically will drastically reduce the likelihood of account theft, and we would like to ask all ours players to update both frequently.

You can now reset your Crimson Blade Security Code from the Vindictus website, located in the Support page. Main passwords, which are tied to your Nexon.net account, can be reset by logging in and following the Manage Account link on Nexon.net.

In order to maintain a high standard of security, we will be having a mandatory 2nd password reset period on Wednesday, February 6th.
