Has anyone else been on since the update?

I just logged in again today (I logged in the day before the patch) and found all my stuff missing.

There's like nothing at all on my 2 evies. But my fiona, lann, and karok still have their stuff.

Should I do a ticket?

The account it was linked to was deleted last year, but thankfully comcast pulled it back up, I changed my email and password.

Now I can't freaking submit a ticket to Nexon cause the support thingy is down?!?!? FUUUUUU

It keeps sending me to an error loading page. =l

Tried it on both Firefox and IE. When I click Get Support it sends me to a login screen, so I put in my info and then it says cannot load the page or error loading the page.

What do I do? ._.;

Also: It seems there is a hack wave going on at Nexon, but they aren't doing anything about it.

If they don't fix this I guess it's time to quit Vindictus~

I'm starting to think Nexon doesn't give a crap since they haven't tried to at least shut down the mail system in Vindictus (they HAD the gold sending shut down, and as soon as it comes back up everyone gets hacked )

Still haven't gotten a reply, but my tickets still open... I'm not even going to chance playing Dragon Nest until they say something or I get an answer on my ticket...

I had to get Comcast to revive the email my account was linked with cause it got deleted like a year ago, but I got all my info changed. Still don't trust it enough to play though since I have no idea how they could have gotten my password.

I haven't been on Vindictus since the episode 8 update, but I'm not surprised this happened though...as what Dani said about DFO, but I uninstalled Vindictus so I have no way of checking if I was hacked or not. Good luck with the ticket even though they may not help sadly.

Theres obviously some loop hole in the databases, so I wouldnt doubt it. Looks like their mainly focusing on vindictus though...

My Ingkara equipment pieces, Vehemence equipment pieces, Ghostly Ring, +6 Dreamwalker staff, Solid Thor Belt that was on MagicEevee. I have no idea how this happened because I never shared my account information with ANYONE, not even my parents.

Please Nexon, I've been playing this game since Open Beta, please help me get my stuff back. I would really enjoy being able to play future updates, but I'm not going to remake my characters that I've worked so hard on just to do so.

Thank you for your time, and I really hope you can stop this *******s that are hacking everyone's stuff!
