Recharging cashpoints in MyShop
 

So on friday i tried charging points. 10k worth to be exact.
The money want poof from my account but i never got the points from Ntreev.

Has this happened to anyone else or was this a one time glitch?
And do you think i have a change of getting my points at all?

This has happened to me in the past. Best bet is to log a ticket with Ntreev (although I'm unsure on when this would be answered)

In my case there was a delay of some sort and I ended up getting the points a couple of hours later.
