Cherry Credits being mean
 
so after a long hiatus from this game, i have come back
and now that i actually have some money, i bought some cherrycredits to get some ragepoints to get some myshop items

all went well on cherry's site, then suddenly on gamerage after i input code and password:

"An error has occurred
Please try again
Unexpected error occurred, Please try again. Sorry."

talk about being descriptive.

is this only me or does anyone else get this too? any help would be awesome

i just sent them an email today, i hope they can get back to me soon OTL

I use Cherry Credits too and I haven't had an error before. Hmm... Maybe it has something to do with your gamerage account.

Try sending an email to gamerage saying you are getting an error. Or if you no longer wait you can try and recharge it on another account and just gift it to your main. But that is if you are desperate.

i dunno, i've tried with my brother's account but still get the same error
using a different laptop didnt help either, and for some reason the recharge ingame stops loading after i confirm the amount im recharging (eg 10k points)

Oh! Same PC you say? It might be the 7767 error, I think. I had that error before too and I cant login any account in my laptop and PC.

no no i meant i used a different laptop to try to recharge, but it still didnt work

maybe its a bug?

Don't do this. Logging on in different locations will treat you to a 7767 and a possible ban, because it looks like account sharing to them.

I regularly recharge (and log into the website) at two different IPs and have never had a 7767. However, I use the same laptop most of the time.

7767 is done using software from what I can tell. So do not panic yet.
