Weird error :<

I came back from a long quit to TO, and when I opened the launcher, I got the "can't connect update server" error and million splash windows with an X on them. I survived in the 8-29 maintenance because I used the launch.bat fix, but now it doesn't work ;n; so it would be really nice if someone could help me with this, I want to play again :c also, I have windows 7 x32

Hi, Try deleting the update.txt file in your TO folder then try to patch again, let me know if it works for you good luck, thats a weird error it rarely happens.

Nope it didn't work >.< but at least now I only get 1 splash error, not millions ._.

I could try playing on my computer with Windows XP, but I don't have anything there, so meh...

I already did, but it didn't work u.u

EDIT: It worked with Cait's patch using launch.bat, but I got a very old valentine menu with a primadonna on it, and then I got exceptional error. o_o? and then using a proxy, it almost connected,but then I got a "Launcher TMC Application stopped working" :<

Ok I sent you the files on my Skydrive you can download it now, just pm if it works for you, & tell me if you get more errors, also can you screenshot the errors so I can see what the errors are, good luck

If I were you I would just re-download the client

I already tried redownloading the client and it didn't work u.u

EDIT: I reinstalled, then used a proxy, and I finally got the upper screen 8D (the one with a random character and the announcements) but after that I got a "can't get filelist from update server" ;n;?

Nevermind, it fixed. Now it's updating. Thanks for your help.
