Why isnt it downloading or even working?

I have a Windows Vista 64bit home premium with a nvidia geforce gt 240 graphic card. I used to be able to play this game on this very same computer 2 years a go. Now, when I even try to download it, theres an error and it wont download. So I tried downloading it to my laptop (which works perfectly fine) and transferred the files to a flash drive. Tried importing it to this computer but my computer crashed? WTH? What seems to be the problem... I want to play TO again
