Cannot access 1 char on account(s)

I was on my fox, tried to map move....I then got a move to start error, and when I tried to go back into my fox I got this error... Fail to open the character info. - (1047) So now I cannot get back onto her.

I had also had up a double client and had a shop up with my dragon. I got logged off, and when I went to get back on...I got the same message "Fail to open the character info. - (1047)"

I decided to check a totally different character on a mule and still got the same.."Fail to open the character info. - (1047)"


Not sure what it means....but I can still access some characters, just not all.

the maps ate your character x3 happened to one of my characters too :X
will be fixed by monday probably

Only one was moving through maps...the dragon was selling in Megalo, and then I tried another account...no luck logging on with 2 chars on the one account. And they had not been on for a while.

I hope it is fixed by Monday. What will we all do without TO. LOL

I get the same error, which is odd cuz I logged in this morning and everything was fine (except for the fact that half of the maps where down of course >_>)
I can log with all my other chars except with my two main chars x.x they were both at megalo when I logged off btw

I was disconnected first and then was unable to log back in.
What do you think is happening? o_O

Most likely, your character is on a map which is experiencing the Map Moving Fail Error, which causes you to DC.

yeah i was on last night moving between mega and rose garden maps and was fine but now my cat get the fail to open char info >_< i just opened a pop sprint for 3 days and the exp event is going on. great game we have here >_>

I cant login in to my character i hate this game sometimes **** gamerage! brign netreev back. these ****ers dont even answer my emails to fix 7767 its been 1 month!!!!

Hmm.. Just spoke to a friend which is able to log on and doesn't have this problem, a lot of people are complaining in the bulletin because the maps are STILL bugged - wow doesn't surprise me.

they probably just extend exp event

most of the time they very nice and extend events and such when there are errors

Seriously extending an EXP event doesn't make up for anything

The fact that map move errors happen so commonly now and they still haven't fixed it (since it's been around for ages) is so sloppy.

Seriously, I don't get how anyone can even call SGI an acceptable company.
