I'm sure they are aware of it.. Its on their F.A.Q's page..... but no solutions has actually been made. I'm guessing that 7767 is actually a bug or virus they themselves can't even fix..... If that's not the case.... Then the owner of gamerage/ntreev/whatever is one hell of a nazi that just wants the game to die already.

It's not a bug, it's something they put on your account to restrict it, because they believe it had been compromised or that somethings going on on your account. There's no "fix" because 1:1s won't fix it since you're not able to get on the website, and other GMs aren't allowed to handle it. You have to contact Syn to get rid of it...That's not really a quick fix D:

7767 is quite the counterproductive "security" measure. But at any rate, they just use it to ban you now anyways.

I wonder if the TO in japan/korea also has this. Seriously, there is no other game I know that even bothers to ban players unless they try to do something completely epic.

Lmao I recharged, played some gacha. Then played the Event Dice game on the site. Logged off the game and relogged to the site to find out I have a 7767 .-. Second time for me, lets see if Syn resolves in 2 days like last time.

Whenever I tell the GMs about 7767 in O/X (Where they actually listen because the public is watching), what I get is "Try sending the email again" Me: "I've sent it 10 times in the past 1 and a half months..." Them: "Patience is required in resolving this issue, wait another week and try emailing again" = =;
