Fortune Teller @ Gate of caballa

I just noticed this the other day while I was playing with my noob: looks like the Fortune Teller has recently appeared at the Gates of Caballa.

When has she appeared here? Is there some related quest?

(plz don't move it to the screen section, I don't post it for the (non-)esthetic value of the pic, it's just an in-game related question)

Yep, true, I met her yesterday and I didn't understand. I think they put her in the last patch. Maybe an Episode 3 NPC? Or event quest? o_O

That's for a quest dark dragons can get their 3rd job skill, Dark Commando or something. It's like how the skill master for bunnies is just randomly in the middle of tap 1.

o thanks! Each time I've talked to her, she always gave me a "you'll have a bad destiny" kind of answer n.n;
