Black Elixir Fragment & Anvil Stones???

Where can i get Black Elixir Fragment & Anvil Stones?? Are they really usable for assisting in compounding & refining? And if they are, do they really help???

You rarely get them from Old Treasure Map's chests. I don't know about the Anvil Stones, but the Black Elixir Fragments seem to work as intended. Whether or not they "really help" is up to your Real Life Luck, as usual with compounding.

I think i've gotten one from Worn treasure Map's chests...

Only obtainable from Old Treasure Maps (Not Worn). They are supposed to work, but who knows. I used the Anvils once and the refine failed (Not like it helped that much 7% to 11%). I like the Black Elixer Fragments more. I compound better using those than using Black Elixers.
