where do u find this hat? how about art nasal helm? is it dug or a drop?

You get the focus nasal helm by exchanging hat tickets that you get for doing the quests for hunter master at the gate of vamp castle. As for art nasal helms, they can be drilled in vamp castle.

Art is dug up while focus is exchanged from the hat tickets from the hunter master quests. You need to complete all 5 of her quests to get the tickets needed to get the hat.

The Focus Nasal Helm is received via Mint, by exchanging 5 Hat Tickets, which are received from HUNTER MASTER QUESTS.

The Art Nasal Helm is drilled in (any map I presume) of VAMPIRE CASTLE.
