Which bosses DO NOT give out medals?!?!

As far as I know, definitely Mad Ray at Phantom School and I believe Mong no longer hands them out, but there's no way I'm reinstalling TO to check :/

Yes, Mad Ray and Master Mong were demoted as bosses. All others are still fine though, Soki, Count, Queen, Karan (Lol I almost said Predator ;.; ), Spicy, Tut, Tenter.

Also just to add if you were playing before Karan was implemented and had a Predator seal, they are no longer displayed anymore as well

But Predator boss doesnt even exist in the game anymore, so it really doesnt matter ._.
