Is the Master Beret still available?

I'm not sure where to put this so I'm sticking it in here. So...uh...yeah...the wiki says that you can get a Master Beret from Tut but when you look at Tut's thingy or other, the Master Beret doesn't appear in the items it drops. Which should I believe, the Master Beret entry thing or Tut's?

Tut doesn't drop Master anymore, they were replaced by Ult. and Pharaoh.
