Hair Dye Ticket
 

I still have a hair dye ticket that I'm intending to use now but it seems that the Poppuri NPC in event garden is gone, and Rosemary in mega shop don't have any dyes in her exchange list, does someone knows if is possible to trade it somewhere else with another NPC? maybe a poppuri.

If I'm not mistaken, that's not possible anymore... maybe that NPC is super hidden or something. I tried to look in all mega/event garden but nothing. -sadface-
