Full House PvP

So this skill has been broken for a while now, so what i like to ask is, if it is really true that Raven said that you can't use full house anymore in PvP?

What I have been told, by numerous friends, is that you can be banned for using the FH glitch on someone and leaving them there to the point where they must log off and log back on. Otherwise, you can use it.

That's what I've been told. Not 100%.
