3 star pets?

Pretty simple question and I'm sorry if it's already been asked, but are 3 star pets strictly MyShop only, or are there in-game pets you can get that have 3 stars? I have a mule account with absolutely no MyShop pets and I have event rice balls I'd like to use but I can't use them without a pet. So are there any, or is it only MyShop pets only?

I was wondering about this too!

I've looked through all of the pets I own, and I haven't found any in-game pets that have 3 stars.

Edit* Searched through the Pet category, looked under the in-game ones, but couldn't find anything.
Edit** (sorry for the excessive editing) Actually I found one. Dual Wing Rumia , which is obtained through exchange.

And I think Baby Elephant, Tommy Jar and Lifeguard Bean (or Dean, idk) are above or 3 stars, the ones from these key events.
