Get a 4G5 Card by collecting all the items in Special Gacha Town and receive permanent Librae Scales and Geminorum Glasses!

Is there just one level or there's two?
I know Rook had two levels and you had to get the whole set of ONE level.
You couldn't get a 240 hat, shield, acc, and get a 140 pet. Correct?

Singha & Lina's gacha has one set of equipment (gun, staff, sword, hammer, hat, shield, and cape) and it's all level 230.
