Hey
I'm wondering where is the best spot to get the new skills, I read that the monsters in CT are dropping them, but I don't know which monsters specifically.

As far as i know the new skills are not even implemented here in eTO. But for other TO iterations they drop from CT Monsters.

the new 2nd job skills will be sold like all the other 2nd job skills.
the new 3rd job skills are dropped by monsters in chaos tower. They are too rare to figure out a pattern at this time.
