How hard is it to find? Is is really rare?

I mean I was drilling for almost 2 hours. I couple of times I hit spots that said the drill was to low of a level, but I was using the Mirage Drill and the max dept is 250, and the wiki here says the field is only 100? I'm confused.

Some people get it in a few drills, some people drill hours on end for it, it's dependent on how lucky you are. :x

I noticed the same problem too. The faster the drill speed is the more likely it is to get those messages, even if you were using the right drill(This happens to Chaos drill a lot). I posted this on 1:1 support couple of months ago but I only got a generic copy-and paste answer. It seems like they won't bother fixing this glitch....

I think it's better to buy it if you have the money for it. Although, if you are low on funds then you should drill it up yourself. From personal experience, it once took me around 1 day to drill it up with a chaos drill on a sheep and 3 hrs on a lion with basic detection. It all depends on luck I guess.

But the feeling after finding it after hours on end, the big relief is amazing

Oh, okay then. At least I know I was using the right drill. I thought the field might have been buggy or something.

I know what you mean. Its just the aggravation it causes while trying to get it. It makes me wonder if I should just abandon the quest and forget about it.

I don't think you should abandon it, just take a different drilling schedule. Like say, set aside 30 mins every other hour/day to drill in the morning/early times, that way you won't frustrate yourself easily and your mind is fresh. You never know when it might pop up unexpectedly. Although I do understand your frustration

That's a good idea. I'll have to do that. Cause at least that way I can still play the game instead of just drilling. (I need to get up to 125 for Rose Garden, anyway.

I never like to do certain things for to long in-game... Total ADD... lol.
