This Is My Guide To What I Did For TM on My Sheep~
Lvls:1-31: The normal quests. Blooming Coral->Paradise->Poppuri->Some of Caballa
Lvls: 32-42: Monkey T in Azteca. VERY helpful.
Lvls: 43-114: Normal quests in all islands, card quests in all islands, dailys, grasses, Clerk. Z in ALL islands that you can. Including Vamp.
Lvls: 115-120: Here I got plvled. But if you do dailys and grasses you'll get there very soon<3
I didn't have the money to buy the 100's quests (Patterned pottery, sea ivory, premium wine, rose petals) But if you do I highly recommend you do these because I currently do them on my kitty. Awesome quests.
Well thats it :> I hope you find it useful

Not to sound negative about a well meaning gesture, but there's very little helpful information here on how to raise TM beyond what most players already know. A helpful guide should be thorough, comprehensive and have all the essential information at the reader's disposal.

The NPC is Monkey T, so I was pretty confused at first trying to look up a quest from "Thiefmon" on the Wiki and not finding anything.

This thread is about raising TM, yet none of these quests even give TM exp.
One suggestion: You could add the Path to Ghost Blue Quest and the famous Nora Sewer Quest, both of which can help players' TM catch up fast if they have the patience to do them as many times as needed.
You know, the Wiki must be missing something. Of all those items mentioned, none of them were found to be for a quest that gives TM. Only base. Hence my comment.
