weissritter told me this before:

Stages 1 ~ 2 gives all Secret Cards.
Stages 3+ begins to give you only one Secret Card #

Example:
Stages 24~30 will give Secret Card #3 only.
Stages 31~50 will give Secret Card #8 only.

The example I gave are random stage levels. I do not know the specific stages when this starts.

Could explain how Kowiz haxed and got so many SC 15/16 @_@

^I recieved all SC 10 12 14 within the first 3 stages of card id. it's really random.

i average at reaching lvl 7 or so and i dont get much sc even at lvl 9+. its rly rly rly random.
