Personally, I think they're doing the same as they were doing under the Ntreev name(I believe it was just a name change, wasn't it? lol or merging with another company). And they're doing quite fine.
They do need better support and all, but with all the problems they get, I understand why they take ages to reply sometimes. The maintenances seem to get pushed back almost every single one now, and people (sometimes even me) get impatient with that. But I guess it pays off in the end, and bugs aren't as common as they used to be, or at least I think so. Most of the bugs are with myshop usually, and maybe portals missing/guild and friends list messing up, every now and then. But game bugs seem to be happening more rarely.
