Yup, leveling up a guardian takes a long time if you were playing realistically.
But most people will find loopholes (Such as buying and reselling items to a npc) or equipping/unequipping HP equips then refilling with pots.

The level that you get the soul seed, vs the level that you awaken the guardian, is probably suppose to be enough...
for those that were over leveled, we have to find loop holes :P
Can someone please help me? Is there a tip on how to get the power type guardian (like the tip to get the charm about buying empty pot bottles)? I want the power type but I get everything, even magic, and power seems to be the hardest for me!

I tried that but I got power until level 2 then changed back to charm. I have to get another char to buy the pots, right, if I buy them myself it'll boost my charm?
Using HP pots will give you mostly power but it will give you some charm.
If you're not too picky about it you can do that to get a Power/Charm guardian (Whereas I'm going for Charm/Power)
Like I said it just takes a LONG time to give it a level.
I seriously relogged because my guardian wasn't getting anything out of it. Then sooner or later I saw that it had a 1 next to charm and now I'm up to 3.
Anyways going only one stat should really be thought about.
Why go one stat when you have 14 points to work with?
Later down the road you're going to look back and wish that you did use all the points to your advantage.
Do you know what is the max of points I can have in each stat, and when does the guardian is chosen, so to say, definitively? Is it when one of the stats gets to the max?
I want to get mostly power, a bit of charm and a bit of sense if that is so.
Information earlier in the thread says that once you hit 14 points, or one stat hits 6 points, you're done. So ideally, you boost your primary stat to 4 or 5, then you work on other ones, and just make sure to round out the stat that you want your guardian to be as the 14th point (or just make sure that's the highest stat when you hit 14).
I do have a question of my own though. You're the second person now I've seen note that once they get 2 power bars, getting a charm bar supposedly resets things to 0. Can anyone confirm if it's actually doing that, or if it's just showing the stat that most recently had progress?
Max points is 14. BUT if one stat reaches 6 then the egg stops completely.
My build is 5216. As you can see it's a charm guardian with mostly power, sprinkled with magic and has some sensibility
It's showing the stat that has the most progress at the current moment.
Charm gets leveled at half the speed of power while using pots so you will see charm come up once in a while.
Awesome, thanks. I'm personally just gathering the secret cards and such so that I don't have to do anything but build stats on my guardian once I get the seed, so it's nice to gauge how things work now. People were scared that things were resetting earlier, so while it didn't seem logical, I figured I would ask.
