if you've tried that 5 times then you have an issue, if not it's most likely "the updater has updated please restart the updater" thing.

I figured that but when i restart it happens the same thing, after that error shows up the launcher closes. Does jTO block IPs? You understand japanese? If you do, then i can post another pic about the error in the original languaje Japanese.

It's saying what you already know: "An error occurred during the update. Please try updating again." :(

I suggest you change regional option setting to jap,

then for advance, language unicode option, also change to jap.

Finally re-run the update. restart after complete and then run the game via website.

just wondering what OS are you on?

Windows XP Home Edition, it's SP3 already all updated x_x . I was able to play jTO before like 1 year ago but now don't work, i've already changed the unicode to Jap (I did that to see the japanesse letters) now i'll try to change the region or whatever you said. Maybe is blocking my IP? I am from Mexico.

jTO doesn't block other IPs as far as I know. I've been able to play it from the UK fine, so I doubt Mexico is blacklisted or anything. Could just be the regional settings like people say. I didn't get this problem so I wouldn't know.

Eww. Now it's updating again the whole patch >_> it takes again around 6+ hours, i think i'll give up and delete jTO...

LOL GUYS you won't trust me but guess what i did to make jTO works!!!??? I just remplaced the Splash.exe from the eTO to jTO! LOL and it worked! Of course first i did the jTO website log in then to open the client from the website XD Now i'm playing, my IGN: " Silvery~* " i need to know more english speakers people there xD.

Funny. I think that's what I did to make it work for me too.

Yesterday was a maintenance, i changed to the original jTO patcher and it updated the GameGuard folder and now it works fine without the eTO splash.exe
