Assuming, no. If they re-identify, their previous name will stay on the list. If they scam with the new name, the new name will be added if provided with proof.

I don't think scammers will waste their own money tryin to buy a re-identifier just to change their name. I mean it is a lot of money.

Hmmm... has there been a case that the scammer at first will be kind/nice to you like borrowing and then returning stuff back to you then scam you the next time you lend him/her something?

This is pretty common for scammers. They act nice / trustworthy the first time they make a deal with you. The next time, you might think they are the same but are probably scammed.

and someone told me there going to rename there self only for they can join guild again because no one would let them in one

That problem is not for you to speak. You have no right to come here and say who is innocent and who is guilty without actual proof.

Also, account sharing is considered breaking the ToS that you signed when you created a TO account.

Uh... he/she borrowed my unique set without anything in exchange and he/she returned it. again, he/she borrowed and refined them for me... now what? should i still trust him/her?
