If I recall correctly, don't all the character accessories have some sort of special function in jTO and kTO? They're just removed here.

Some did and some didn't.

We kept some of the original bonus functions such as the Attr accessory and the Sprint for Azhi and Jen respectively. But we stopped getting them after those two.

EDIT: I have been wondering something. It is possible that for the new DNA revamp all places (even tapasco + techichi) will have their own town?

dunno, currently the DNA update stops at rose garden. Honestly all I have been looking for is info on the 5 new ghost blue quests and if they're gonna put an area between tap and abyss. Both I only have speculations on as while the ghost blue quests are listed on the kTO site, there's no other info. however they have become a fun guild guessing game, right now my money's on this spread:

Dorothy - Nutritious Mushroom, Yeongbi-Chon, possibly Turtle Extract
Rosemary - Bat Glasses
Miranda Watty - Pirate's Hood, possibly Coral Wig
Bunny Maid - Empty Liquor Bottle, Empty Box, possibly Rusty Nail
Vagabond Eloy - Nora Sprayer, possibly Nora Bandage

When the quests are actually released we'll see how I did.

no they're not, they've pretty much abandoned phantom school as an actual the moment they demoted mad ray from a boss to a mini-boss. The monster lvls range from lvl 50 to lvl 180, meaning south megalopolis to black swamp ranges. So either they have to average it out and place it in between mermaid and ghost, or they have to so extreme and raise the lvls so it's the area between tap and abyss.

Personally I think they should just keep it as a side area like mirage and just make competitive quests and rewards for each section of the region.

I like having Phantom School untouched. :U Yay for Machine, Art, and Music Room~ o3o And plus, it's the only place where drop-rate for stuff hasn't been that greatly effected by Revolution, which killed the drop rate of compound items and quest items in a lot of places.
