well give some time, it just came out today and the quest info is starting to trickle out.

I read about how to get the "soul seed" for the guardian, and I'm slowly trying to figure it out.

most of the info I have read is about the black markets, which I have seen 3 of, and what the NPCs in them do.

I think it would have made more sense if Power and Charm guardians switched.

Guardians are pretty much worthless, from what I understand they have a VERY low time duration. If I'm not mistaken, Kale said the duration will be 55 seconds?

I said 50 seconds as weiss said 50 seconds, but I haven't seen any post-release guardian info so I would call this a rumor till I find out info one way or another.

and then on the

Cat guardian were given to power types

Mage guardian remains with magic type

Lion guardian remains with sense type

Crusader like guardian were given to charm type.

I read about a choice of test. a power, a magic, a sense, and a charm test. From what I understand you only have to pick one, so which guardian you get may relate to this test. BUT I CANNOT CONFIRM THIS!

Regarding the 50 sec duration for the guardians, it makes some sense. You don't want to make them too imba. :O

I don't feel like saying "Cat" on the power-guardian, but yay~ (I has my oddball Bunny) And I don't mind my Charm/Coon will get that clustered one. Well... If I ever want to Lvl him. (Which I don't, because I want to maintain my Tombeth/Skull hunter.

look at the "cat" guardian sprite. doesn't it look like she has buffalo horns. people just jumped to the conlusion that it was the cat guardian because it looked kinda similar to evo, but seeing how it has a power symbol under it and apparently horns, wouldn't it have been safer to assume she was the buffalo guardian?

And knight makes more sense for power imo. Everyone knows charms can transform into beasts and it makes more sense that the beast guardian be for charms. It seems really odd still imo and I hope they change it personally :/

And wasn't there an image earlier where a champion had the knight guardian standing over it?

pshh, everyone knows that artwork can't be trusted in this game. Sometimes equips with the cutest artwork have the ugliest sprites when equips. that's why i've learned to never trust the artwork for this game

My point was that the sprite version didn't properly represent the artwork. I don't think they'd have the artwork show hair and the sprite show horns, it's just a visual thing that didn't properly translate into a sprite. Maybe I should've made that point clearer. x:

Well, it could be poor sprite appearance, seeing how it does look like hair in the drawing, therefore maybe it IS hair, it just turned out to look like horns (if you get what I mean). Or since we only have a frontal view, we could never really see the back of her hair so we always just assumed she had epic hair.

I like the art, but I don't save it most of the time. I just like favorite the site I saw it on, and when I want to see it again, I just you know /click.

I know this isn't really related to future content.....but seeing that pearl is getting closed down, do you think eTO would last long enough for us players to be able to experience all this? (I hope eTO never closes down T_T)

I would like it very much that there won't ever be a simlar repeat of what happened to Thailand TO.
Either eTO were to be absorbed by another TO(doubtful) or a new company takes over eTO.

the magic skeleton looks like a guardian for dark dragons/sheeps

the lion beast looks like a power guardian for pure buffs and hybrit bunnys (elemental weapons and stuff)

the cat thingie looks like a guardian for cats and hybrit racoons

the knight guardian would maybe fit to pure bunnys and hybrit buffs

so four more guardians plz
one for pure foxes / hybrit lions (something that fits mines or hide or maybe drilling)
one for hybrit foxes / pure lions (gunner like thingie)
actually i see no guardian that fits sense types in those four they released ;-;
one for pure racoons / hybrit cats (racoon evo theme?)
and one for light dragons / sheeps

thats what i would like to see :3

on the whole i look forward to the update tho seems a really cool new thing to come

I think the Thai TO absorption was "successful" because a lot of their game was already in English.

But anyhow... any new info. about the guardians? 8D
