Default Unique's Potential Increment (possible?)

I always wondered about every boss's unique's potentials. It only ranges from 41~42%, so I'm wondering, if there would be an update which will enable boss uniques to be tempered? Cuz I think eto originated from kTO, and I know there are several kTO players here who already saw the future updates of eTO. I am a boss hunter myself and I rely mostly on boss farming to earn galders (because I'm very poor in real life ). I also am a boss equip lover, and by how I see things, boss equips are getting weaker and weaker compared to altiverse equips (time wise) Although, Alts can also be considered unique, but not as unique as every boss equipment where their specific names are written on the equipment. We all know that in every game, having boss equips are the main priority because items like that are supposed to be the best equips. I already sent a 1:1 and hope to get a nice feedback . Anyways, this is just a short question to tickle your minds while waiting for spicy entrance . (violent reactions are welcome too )

The boss equips are good as they are.
they offer some good stats and are 4s for elemental damage.

tut set - Dread set are insanely good..

and tenter sets are good too since people can't all get hax altiverses.
I'm not sure about things after the Tenter set.
But I still see people use the Soki sets, too.
If they were temperable I could only imagine the insane AP they could have. lol

I totally agree with you. I have thought of a different method that is exclusively for boss equips. Probably make use of the boss item drops like red tentacle from tenter lion. The method might require about 3 red tentacles per temper. There will of course a chance of failing which would result in the breakage of an equipment, and that's where myshop comes to play. There would be a purchasable item which 100% prevents item breakage when placed on the designated slot. But I believe that this isn't necessary right now considering they will increase the slots of uniques up to 5.

I dont think they will be tamperable and that the potential is at that % due to 4 slots and a better than alti bonus. Now the chance to get 5 slots which makes it in a way better than alties along with the quest and the better bonus stats, I think they will remain at that potential.

Alties are all random, need forging with ms items to get 100% success and to get a good alti is rare.

i think changing some of skill's formula will help.. making other skill more dependent on element %..
ex. lvl10 ~3kAP tenter spear 270% > lvl10 ~4.5kAP maiden mace 220%
..damage of lightning strike (buff skill) with the tenter spear which has higher % will be higher than the mace with average % but high AP..

im not really sure what will be the effect but changing things like this might help...

but aside from that..what im sure is that, they SHOULD make the unique helms 4slot..
it s*cks that they only has 2 slots... :<

I think the future update will enable us to make all boss uniques slots into 5 eg: wep, shield, hat, acc. At least thats what ive heard

I never understood why unique hats only have 2 slots. Isn't it weak enough compare to an altiverse? Hopefully, Nate expander can put some slots into them, they been neglected to me.

still...it would be better if those helm will be 4slot from the start..making them 5slot through the use of nates expander would sure cost a lot...

Yeah, Unique hats should come with 4 slots.
I also wonder why your not allowed to fuse uniques. Some of the equips look ugly to me.

Making unique hats 4s from the start would render most hats inferior o: Maybe 3s will do fine. But who knows, let's hope our wish will come true
As for me, I'm very happy that they can be turned into 5 slots

It would be great to get more than 40% in all of the uniques.
